William Taylor, Vice President, Business Development

William Taylor is a senior executive with a passion for new technology development and commercialization.  Mr. Taylor began his career in aerospace with Sundyne Aviation in Rockford Illinois then rose to become President of Syndyne Corp, a division of Hamilton Sundstrand / United Technologies (brands Sundyne, HMD/Kontro, ANSIMAG).  Mr. Taylor subsequently became President of the ITT Industries, Industrial Fluid Group (pumping and valve products for chemical, hydrocarbon processing, pulp & paper and general industrial markets), President of ITT China / India ($11.0B global multi-industry company) and President of ITT Corporation Interconnect Solutions. Mr. Taylor holds a BS in Technical Management from St. Regis University.

Clark Shafer, Vice President, Product Design

Clark leads initiatives to create new turnkey product lines and to reinvent existing product lines. He is responsible for activities that involve generating ideas, creating product designs and building production systems. Clark’s technical specialties include designing industrial products, conducting technical sales training programs and developing sales support tools. Clark comes to PeopleFlo from a leading manufacturer where he led a team of application engineers, product engineers and customer service representatives. He received extensive training and experience in “lean” manufacturing philosophy and tools. Clark received a BS, Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois.

William Blankemeier, Founder and President

William founded PeopleFlo in 2004. He is responsible for building the culture, developing the team and establishing strategy. Prior to founding PeopleFlo, William worked for a leading manufacturer where, as General Manager, he lead the initiative to develop new industrial products and to build new production systems based on “lean” principles.  He began his manufacturing career with ITT Industries which provided 20 years experience in sales, marketing and production. He holds a BA degree in Economics from Middlebury College, Vermont and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
