PeopleFlo Participates in Conference to Help Create Eco-Friendly Products
September 18, 2007

PeopleFlo Manufacturing participated in a one-day conference held at Frank Lloyd Wright’s Unity Temple in Oak Park called GreenTown: The Future of Community designed to help create an eco-effective communities and products.

The conference included case studies, actionable information on designing eco-friendly products and a keynote address by William McDonough, author of Cradle to Cradle: Remaking the Way We Make Things.

"William McDonough is inspiring as he calls for the transformation of human industry through ecologically intelligent design” said Radosav Trninich, VP Manufacturing at PeopleFlo. “The ideas learned at this conference will help PeopleFlo move beyond a reduce-reuse-recycle approach to a more comprehensive approach that involves products that, after their useful lives, will continue to circulate as pure and valuable material within a closed loop industrial-cycle.”
