This patent excludes others from copying aspects of PeopleFlo’s EnviroGear pump design that incorporates an eccentric stationary spindle. This design feature enables the unprecedented simplicity and is necessary for two outstanding features: Between-the-Bearing Support System and One-Fluid-Chamber Design. This extends PeopleFlo’s international patent protection. PeopleFlo has been granted the Magnetically Coupled Gear Pump patent from Australia, South Korea, Mexico, Russia, Canada and Hong Kong. Patents are pending in many additional countries including Brazil, India, Japan, Taiwan and the European Union.
