Standard Lead Time

Quick-Ship Program

Tell us your needs. Our ability to meet your delivery requirements is unmatched.  We have shipped EnviroGear pumps in <24 hours. We have shipped complete EnviroGear pumps mounted on EnviroBase drive systems in days. The following Quick-Ship fees apply:

Pumps:

• 5-9 day lead time = $250
• 3-4 day lead time = $500
• 1-2 day lead time = $750 (consult PeopleFlo for availability)

Pumps with baseplate packages:

• 10-19 day lead time = $250
• 5-9 day lead time = $500
• 3-4 day lead time = $750
• 1-2 day lead time = $1000 (consult PeopleFlo for availability)

Lead Time Accuracy

We strive to not only shorten our delivery lead times, but also to improve the accuracy of our lead time commitments. When we receive an order, our delivery commitment is communicated to all production associates and managed in a way that ensures a high level of lead time accuracy.

Shipment Notification

Immediately upon shipment, we e-mail a copy of the Bill of Lading to customers as a delivery notification. This Bill of Lading includes:

• Shipment date
• Carrier
• Your PO #
• Number of pieces
• Description (pump on pallet, carton)
• Size (for example 25"L 13"W 18"H)
• PRO number (depends on carrier)
