Our service process begins with an inspection and evaluation followed by a customer consultation. The focus of the consultation is to understand the root cause of the pump failure. Repair and reconditioning alternatives are discussed, weighing the costs and benefits of each. Recommendations to improve reliability are also discussed. Finally, customers choose to repair, replace or upgrade non-serviceable parts or to recondition the EnviroGear pump to a ‘like-new’ condition.  Customers who choose PeopleFlo’s reconditioning program receive a new factory warranty.
