PeopleFlo Manufacturing and Illinois Institute of Technology have partnered on a Cooperative Education Program designed to provide students with an opportunity to apply classroom learning to a meaningful experience in the workplace.

The first student to complete the three-month internship at PeopleFlo in August 2007 was Yocheng Lin. Yocheng, a PhD candidate in mechanical engineering, had the opportunity to work on several projects that involved 3D computer aided design. “The IIT cooperative program was a win-win” said Jason Sexton, VP Product Development at PeopleFlo. “Yocheng received a real-world work experience and PeopleFlo received the talents of a very bright student.”
